Description
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Nocturne is produced in the cellar of Jean Pierre Robinot in the Loire Valley, France. This renowned winemaker was the creator of one of the leading natural wine bars in Paris, the famous L'Ange Vin, which he sold some years ago.
It is a dry and fruity red wine, which is vibrant in colour, taste and aroma, and which leaves no one indifferent who dares to try it.
Winemaking
The biodynamic red wine Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Nocturne is made by Jean Pierre Robinot's winery with Pineau d'Aunis grapes from 80-year-old vines grown organically in the Loire Valley.
This wine is aged for a year on the lees in old French oak barrels. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously and slowly, with indigenous yeasts.
It is then bottled without filtering or fining, and no sulphites are added. Moreover, thanks to the patience of its creator, who does not rush its release to the market, it is marketed only after the wine is ready.
Taste
This is a rather fine and elegant fresh wine, which has a beautiful ruby colour and red fruit flavour. On the nose, Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Nocturne wine is quite aromatic and leaves herbal notes, as well as spices. It also has a slightly bitter taste.
A wine as seductive as the night
Nothing better to accompany grilled fish than this exquisite wine. It is also excellent with white meatsthanks to its fragrant and light style.
Be sure to try Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Nocturne and delight yourself with its flavours and aromas.
Invite your partner to a romantic dinner or your friends to a lunch and serve them some of this wine, you will surely give a lot to talk about. And of course, don't forget to write us to let us know what you thought.
