Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Brücke Riesling Spätlese is a faithful representative of the Riesling variety, made from 100% Riesling grapes. The grapes come from vineyards that are between 25 and 55 years old, which guarantees exceptional ripeness and concentration in the fruit. This wine is made with a rigorous selection in the vineyard during the manual harvest. In the winery, the wine undergoes a fermentation process and then an ageing period, both carried out in stainless steel tanks, which gives the wine a purity and precision in its aromas and flavours.

Oberhäuser Brücke is a single vineyard plot located directly on the river. The terroir is truly special, with subsoil bedrock and clay shale, covered with clay loess. This terroir, combined with a perfect microclimate, is ideal for producing great sweet Riesling wines. The nose is pure, precise and bright, with delicate aromas of flint and spice. It is a Spätlese (late harvest) that offers a rich aromatic palette, with a wonderful balance between sweet ripe fruit and finely elegant acidity. The declared alcohol content is 8.5%.
