Description
Clos du Tue-Boeuf Touraine Le Petit Buisson is a white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc by the Clos du Tue Boeuf winery in the Loire region of France under the Touriane appellation.
The Sauvignon Blanc variety comes from a plot located in a nearby site in the Cher valley called Petit Buisson with 1.4 hectares of vines planted on clay and limestone soils, and harvested by hand.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and harvested at the optimum ripeness of the grapes. Vinification is by direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.
Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 months in 228-litre French oak barrels. Bottling is done without the addition of sulphur dioxide.

Clos du Tue-Boeuf Touraine Le Petit Buisson has a pleasant minerality with a fruity and floral aroma and fine woody notes. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, with good balance and moderate acidity. The finish is marked by remarkable length and vivacity - satisfying and incredibly drinkable!
