Description
Faustino I Gran Reserva is a red wine produced in the vineyards of Bodega Faustino in the D.O.Ca La Rioja. It is a wine made especially with Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes.
Bodega Faustino is one of the most respected wineries in Spain, the work is based on love and respect for nature.
Elaboration
In the winery, it spent 16 months in cement tanks for malolactic fermentation and remained in American, French and Yugoslavian oak barrels for 30 months of barrel aging.
Finally, it was bottled for a further 36 months in the cellar before being marketed.
Taste
It comes in a beautiful ruby color, and gradually turns garnet: it presents an aspect that pleasantly impacts the senses. When swirled, you will appreciate an elegant bouquet of fruity aromas and spicy notes with a perfect balance between tannin and acidity.

Faustino I Gran Reserva is a faithful representative of one of the wineries with the longest historical tradition in Spain.
It is a magnificent representative of the 20th century vintage in La Rioja. It is a delicate wine with a lot of personality, pleasing to the eye, the nose and the palate.
On a gastronomic level, it is a wine that combines perfectly with any type of meat and mushroom rice dishes, fish such as tuna or cod; or cheeses such as Gruyere, among other delicacies.
