Buy Semi-dry wine
The semi-dry white wines, although maintaining the fruity character, contain the type of maturation and elaboration which defines their profile as it is. Special attention is paid to late harvest wines as well as the German Feinherb with the Riesling variety. They are wines that during the course of the alcoholic fermentation stop voluntarily obtaining a wine between 9 and 18 grams per liter of sugar and about 11.5% of natural alcohol.
They are wines that despite a moderate concentration in sugars, they have a beautiful balance with the incisive acidity. These are very splendid, concentrated and tasty wines on the palate while vibrant and fresh. During their youth they reveal a truly aromatic floral scent of yellow and citrus fruits and light sparkles of the own carbonic of the fermentation.
They are ideal for drinking alone or accompanied with an aperitif based on charcuterie, light pickles of acidity and exotic spicy dishes in spring season at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC (50 and 53.6ºF).
