Comprar Vino de Châteaux Jean Faux
La Bodega Jean Faux queda ubicada en Francia, específicamente en el pueblo de Sainte-Radegonde. La misma se encuentra situada dentro de la que fuera propiedad de Ezéchiel de Mas, Conde de Mélac, quien era general de Luis XIV.
Esta bodega tiene una trayectoria familiar centenaria. El castillo fue renovado en el siglo XVII, y para el año 1886, ya era reconocida como una de las bodegas locales con mayor producción anual de vinos, con unos 120 barriles.
Comienza una nueva era para la Bodega Jean Faux
En el año 2002, los viñedos fueron comprados por Pascal Collotte y su esposa, Chrystel y así comienza una nueva era para la Bodega Jean Faux. Este fue un fue un sueño cumplido para Collotte, quien siempre quiso convertirse en viticultor. Chrystel por su parte, es oriunda del pueblo Sainte-Radegonde, donde queda ubicada la Bodega Jean Faux.
Al momento de su compra, la casa tenía 45 hectáreas, que incluían solo 1,5 hectáreas de viñedos. Actualmente existen 12 hectáreas con cultivos de diferentes cepas de uvas para la producción de vino tinto, y 2 hectáreas donde se cultivan uvas para la producción de vino blanco. Las cepas son principalmente de sauvignon blanc, sémillon, merlot y cabernet franc.
Los mejores vinos de Sainte-Radegonde
En el año 2011, la Bodega Jean Faux se convirtió en biodinámica y el viñedo fue certificado como biodinámico en el año 2016. Los reconocidos microbiólogos Claude y Lydia Bourguignon, reconocieron lo valiosos que son para las vides los terroirs de Château Jean Faux. Para esto, realizaron análisis de los suelos.
Por otra parte, Stéphane Derenoncourt es el consultor y asesor de la propiedad desde el año 2003.
Es por eso que los vinos producidos en la Bodega Jean Faux, expresan muy bien el terroir, y han sido reconocidos como unos de los mejores vinos de Sainte-Radegonde. Son vinos únicos de gran identidad, elaborados bajo principios que respetan la naturaleza, y eso se percibe en cada gota.

Comenzaremos por entender que la finca familiar Chateau Jean Faux es un lugar donde se práctica la agricultura orgánica y biodinámica, es decir, que se respetan los ciclos naturales de la tierra.
Los factores geográficos son determinantes para los cultivos de los viñedos. Así que las técnicas de cultivo aplicadas toman en cuenta estos factores para obtener los mejores resultados. Rompiendo con ciertos esquemas modernos, desde la Bodega Jean Faux y ahora a través de Provin, Collotte busca rescatar las técnicas de cultivo ancestrales, y que cada vez se produzcan más vinos orgánicos.
